Balance G.T.R Inc. was established in 1986 with a mission to be a leader in the field of scales. We are also a company accredited by Measurement Canada to the SA-03 standard for legal certification of industrial and commercial scales. We have seven technicians accredited by Weights and Measures Canada in various categories. We focus on research, development, and the expertise of our team to stay at the forefront of new technologies, always striving to offer quality products and services to our customers.
There is a strong sense of teamwork and mutual assistance, and employees are aware that everyone must contribute their energies to fulfill the company's mission, pursue its expansion, and create jobs. All technicians are accredited in their specific fields of expertise and have several years of experience in installation. Over the past 37 years, we have built a trusted relationship with clients and partners throughout Quebec. We work closely with them. We now have around thirty qualified and multi-ethnic employees.
We specialize in the repair, programming, and certification of scales, ranging from the smallest to the largest, including scales in hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets, as well as truck scales – no matter the type of business, we are there. The mutual adjustment among various stakeholders guarantees the success of all operations carried out in the field.
Groupe GTR is an exclusive utility company whose economic activity is to offer sales, rental, installation, repair, and legal certification services for scales to various businesses. We provide turnkey solutions for multiple projects, allowing clients to deal with a single company to better manage their demands. Our on-site programmer, who has been with us for over 20 years, enables us to respond quickly to minor or major issues.
For our railway department, we have a complete unit for train scale inspections. We are also equipped with 2 mobile units for de-icing based on winter conditions.
We also have expertise in forestry, paper mills, sorting centers, and quarries. We can implement the well-known Félix system, which includes scale software designed to meet operational and management needs.
We can fulfill specific requirements and requests for weight-based container filling. You can choose between semi-automatic and fully automatic machines. You can also combine the filling machine with conveyor systems. There are very few qualified personnel for this type of scales.
